Fantastic experience for tinting my SUV. Hugo explained the options and they did a great job in the tinting. Showed up on a Saturday morning as a walk in and they were able to do the tinting job fast. Great experience overall and the car looks great.

**Update after 7/30/16 visit**
Ariel has been in contact with me ever since I have left the review below and has truly gone above and beyond to ensure all wrongs get corrected. I had another problem with the other manager named Hugo, who gave me the issue I had below, once I came back into the shop for my appointment but Ariel assured me everything would get taken care of. Chris helped repair my tints and he did a phenomenal job. This place has amazing reviews but unfortunately I was one of the few who had to come back to experience what everyone wrote about in the reviews. Ariel is committed to meeting customers expectations so if someone has a bad experience I'm confident he will follow up and correct the issues.

I got my 2015 Cadillac ATS done last week (Saturday July 16th, 2016) and on the phone I was told the window tinting is $125 and that included the lifetime warranty as well as any shade that I wanted. When I showed up to the place it turns out that the $125 option is not good for my car because the metals interfere with my navigation system as well as the bluetooth. This already had me off to a bad start because anyone in the car industry knows that newer model cars come at least bluetooth enabled. I had already waited there for about half an hour so I decided to just shake that off and keep my business there since I was not going to be able to get it done anywhere else in Miami at that time. I went with the package that would fit my car best and also got my windshield done.
After everything was done I was told that a tape would be placed over my window buttons so that I would not accidentally lower the windows - this never happened, I used my own tape once I got home. My car was "inspected thoroughly" and although I expressed concerns over the way my tints were installed in some areas I was PROMISED they would turn out 100% fine after they fully dried. If they were not 100% the guy, Ariel, told me that it was not going to be a problem bringing my car back in the following Saturday.
Yesterday (Saturday July 24, 2016) I called because it had been a week since the installation and the problem areas remained as well as new ones that I was able to see after I washed my car. I called around 10am and I spoke with someone (did not understand his name, didn't sound like Ariel though) who said he would not be able to fix my tints because they only fix tints on the weekdays. This made me very upset because Ariel told me this would NOT be a problem. I told the representative on the phone that I can NOT go on the weekdays because of work. He proceeded to tell me once again repairs to installations are made on weekdays. I, once again, told him that I can NOT go on weekdays due to time constraints. After about the third or fourth time of me telling him this over the phone he finally offered to make an appointment for the FOLLOWING Saturday to repair the installation. This made me very upset because it is seen as poor customer service in my eyes. I was guaranteed a repair within a week and now I have to wait two weeks to get my tints just right. It makes me think twice about using this company to tint my windows at home.
I am giving this review 2 stars only because the tints really do work. Otherwise, it would just be 1 star. I did not speak to Ariel when I called that Saturday, and maybe it would have made a difference, but the representative on the phone hung up on me before I could ask for Ariel making me livid. I definitely overpaid for the tints they placed on my car (thinking the quality and service would be better - just like Ariel reassured me when I told him I could find everything he's offering me for a much cheaper price) and I do not think it was worth it at all after receiving that horrible customer service on the phone and having to wait two weeks to get my tints installed correctly.
I will update my review once they correctly install my tints. I hope to have a better experience my second time around because all the positive reviews brought me to this place.
